Have you ever felt that no matter how many sit-up’s you do, no matter how much pilates you can stand, no matter how much weight lifting or aerobics or spinning you do – nothing will get that specific area of your body that just seems to stay a little ‘fleshy’?  Well that’s what I thought… I knew the next step might just be liposuction – but I was too scared to even find out how to go about it!  I was literally praying for a ‘machine” that would do the work for me!  Well… be careful what you ask for!!  Within 3 days one of my most dynamic friends called to tell me about her “wonderful new business…”, and would I “please let her give me a treatment because she knows how great it is, and how much I would benefit from it!!?” How do you say no to someone who exudes nothing but positive energy and only wants her friends to be at their best??

The next thing I knew I had my “work-out” clothes on and was heading to Judette’s place ready to get a “treatment”.  Let me tell you – I’ve tried it all – Metabolife, Low-Carb, No Carb, diet pills, you name it!  My mother knows how I am…her sage advice – “You better check this out before you get into another ‘hair-brain’ thing”, that’s my mom!   But I knew I was being led to Judette’s place where I found exactly what I had prayed for (God works that way you know) a machine that literally “does the work for you!!”   But not just any machine – This piece of equipment is amazing – some would even say miraculous… I’m just going to say it was dumbfounding!  After watching some pretty great news stories from Oprah to National and local news coverage on the machine, I was ready to let Judette “hook me up”!  I must say I wasn’t prepared for what came next…  a bit of a jolt to your body as the first “contractions” hit, okay – I laughed ‘til tears came… I’m a bit ticklish – but this was better than your brother tickling you ‘til you can’t breathe – trust me!  I must say I was a little unnerved to be half naked  - this body just doesn’t get into a 2 piece, I’ve learned to wear shorts and a sports bra – but I digress… once you get your breathing in sync…and that is key to increased benefits, you just prepare for a 17 minute “work-out” followed by another 17 minutes of deep cellulite massage. That’s right – DEEP CELLULITE massage!!  Stretch marks – get ready to watch them disappear, cellulite, fleshy tummy, loose tri-ceps, prepare to say goodbye… WITHOUT LIPO!!! 

But I think what I love more than anything is the great detoxification your body gets through these treatments.   You are literally sending Micro-currents into your muscles and tissue breaking up the toxins and all the other “crud” stored there and  sending it on it’s way to flush out of your body!  Your muscles are stimulated in a targeted area – more than you will ever be able to get in your work-out.  You are able to concentrate on those areas of your body that need the most attention – while defining and toning all of the areas that need it.

My first treatment was intense, not knowing what to expect and yet wanting results – I wasn’t disappointed.  I lost 5 inches in my first session!! Apparently this is not normal because Judette called her peers to let them know, and they were all pretty excited!  “Wow, was she pretty heavy,” was the first thing most asked, but I am just fleshy – I’ll work on the healthy diet next!  I truly believe the release of the toxins in my body, along with the wonderful tightening of my skin, tensing of my muscles and massaging of the tissue is exactly what worked.  Welcome to LeMuria.   I’m hooked!

A great machine.  I can feel the difference after two sessions.  I noticed definite toning of the inner thighs.  My tummy muscles became much flatter – inner thighs loss 1 ½ inches.

At Lemuria, after three sessions, my cloths fit better – my waist was smaller and I felt more toned and had more energy.  That machine definitely helped me.  I have started my exercise program again and am watching what I eat. What an incredibly program!  I knew it would be effective, but I never guessed how quickly. After my first session I stopped at the store on my way home. I bought 2-1 gallon bottles of water and a full bag of groceries.  When I got home-without giving it a thought- I picked up the 2 gallons of water by their handles in one hand and ran up the 10 stairs to my door! It wasn’t until I got to the top that I realized what I had done and how relatively effortless it had been (note: I’m 5 feet 106 lbs- the bottles of water weigh as much as I do!)  Before, I was doing “ok” to lug 1 gallon in each hand and slow-pace it up the stairs.

The benefits didn’t stop there. With each session I could see the toning and cutting results.  And for someone my age (55) that is no small fete.  This is the impetus that I needed to stick to a training program.  Those 5 sessions changed my body and my thinking!
